There’s a brand new article up on the 'ol BassBuzz Lessons page. This one is finding 25 Bass Riffs that are ruling and giving you a solo-bass playalong + tab.

It’s all over the map - plenty of old faithfuls and reliable jams in there. Hopefully something that will stretch you a bit, but definitely all groovy and worth checking out.

The huge eye-opener for me was figuring out what Jason Newstead is actually playing behind the Enter Sandman guitar riff. It’s the world of minutiae that we bass players thrive on!

Just played through them. Great list! and so happy I can play them, mostly!

I got this straight away when I picked up the bass and tried it, but I wish I had given it a go before reading the clue
(also giving a deduction for no ‘up arrow’ on the 5)
