I have heard some people don’t like the bridge, and it might be harder to adjust compared to most other kinds.

They changed the design recently and it would seem that the new ones are easier adjust.

I don’t know why my favorite model are named after my State, the Sandberg and VW. I also like the Maki rolls too.

Tiny, tiny switch, it can convert the power plant to 18V on a single 9v. That some cool trick.

I had my fly zapper paddle open because I needed to fix the grid. It uses a 9v battery to generate some serious voltage. Looked a lot like a .47 capacitor, a resistor and a couple diodes. Should have taken a picture.

Those are beautiful! Love how the upper pickguard line runs to infinity rather than back to the guard on the other side of the neck. I spotted that phenomenon once before, but didn’t note the brand at that time.

Right, just like the NAV system in the Mercedes; it ignores my wife’s Brittish accent. Probably ignores French acents too!!

Thanks, that sounds great! I found a recent review on YouTube (a Korean video in English) and the bridge looked a lot like the one in the picture you posted.

What’s the damage in US dollars?

I don’t know how much it would cost in the US right now because of the tariffs. The price in euros in Europe at Thomann’s is 2 222 €; that makes about $2 500 or so. The price depends a lot on who is selling and where. Thomann’s price seems lower than the one from Sandberg’s configurator page. But the configurator doesn’t have that colour for the Superlight model, so maybe Thomann can choose their specs from Sandberg.

I try not to think about the price for the moment, because I don’t know when I will be able to order it, and the price can be different by then, as we live in uncertain times. But I’m not in a hurry either. Meanwhile I can continue practicing, so when I can buy it, it will feel like I’ve earned it.
