Songsterr and YouTube are good resources
Playing along with songs on the radio or YouTube is good training. Start with Paranoid by Black Sabbath and just keep going and challenging yourself with new songs. heck that’s how a lot of us started on bass.
I went through the whole thing finger style, and then did it again with a pick. Worked really well for me. Good luck.

Just to add a quick note of how much I love this community. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging! It is really great to have such positive feedback from people. I am 77 and have found nothing but kudos from people when I have posted a question.
