… and another
Thanks. I have seen this one , I was for some time quite obsessed with this kind of music-making … motors, floppy drives, trash, tesla coils … some people are sooooo creative.
This started a ‘car alarm challenge’ a bit ago.
Annoyingly good.
If it said “I like food & bass …and maybe 1 people that prepare it” then I would be in heaven.
Gotta have like a happy little bread loaf drawn by Bob Ross’ son, too!
@Bersist if you wore a shirt that said, " I like (insert spouse name here) and bass, and maybe 3 people, you’d be able to buy all the basses you want.
July 18th will be the 40 year anniversary of Anthrax.
On their YouTube channel they are releasing countdown videos, going over each album, with lots of people in the music industry talking about how Anthrax influenced them with lots of cool stories from the Anthrax crew and many others. Pretty fun to watch if yo are into it at all.
Even if you only have a Frank Bello Signature bass…
This is episode 7, AMONG THE LIVING.
Episode 12, the most recent one, came out yesterday, and was State of Euphoria. I am not gonna post them all here, as you can find episode 1 thru 12 on YouTube.
Actually, I didn’t really know their YT channel was highly active, but it is, so it is a good find in and of itself, IMO. Especially being a fan of Frank Bello.
He also had a signature Fender that was a Aerodyne Jazz body with a P neck and EMG P/J pickups. On the signature model is the writing “R.I.P. Dimebag”, which just makes my admiration for Frank Bello double.
Ouch
How’s this for some “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” ad copy?
“At first glance, with the starting retail price of $2,625.00, one might think the Roscoe Standard is an import model made “overseas” with a lack of quality and attention to detail. But that is not the case with this bass guitar.”
No, actually I wouldn’t think that at that price, you pretentious nitwits.

Yeah, like some third-rate made in Germany bass
If I were one of these Koren or Indoniesian or Chinese mfg companies, I would spend some $$ on some good ol’ american marketing know-how, and brand myself (or my specific factory or line) in a way you could tell the consumer that this factory/line etc means quality. Fender has done this with Corona, etc.
It wouldn’t take much to come up with a co-brand logo to put on a bass that over (a short) time means you are getting something from a 'higher quality" (notice the quotes) factory/line vs. someone else.
I know! It’s hilarious.
“Oh for cripes sake, another Status Graphite? I thought you said you had a real bass.”
