Thomann already has it listed (without availability date) for less than 2000€, 400 below Fender website 
Oh yeah, Im not arguing with that. Its definitely being marketed as a premium product at a premium price.
I just dont think its aimed at U2 fans. Its more aimed at potential B15 owners who dont want to deal with a 50 year old vintage tube amp and all that entails. Its a niche that had all but disappeared and Fender are bringing it back. I can see it selling well but in low volumes.

It really seems like a niche market… The ACB50 is the only tube combo listed on Thomann.
It looks like all types tube bass amps are not really popular anymore, probably because the roady is not included in the purchase

If I were spending that kind of money on a tube amp I wouldn’t even consider a combo. YMMV but I would want the flexibility to match it with different cabs.
