As someone who is on the verge of trying the course (after lurking around here for a couple years) I’m really interested in the outcome of the OP’s dilemma on this. I was going to use the online lessons but might have to rethink this and get the discs perhaps?

It’s an excellent course. It’s really easy to access via the internet. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

After much reading here and Josh’s YT videos, I have no doubts on the course, just would like to know if there an issue with accessing it online per the recent purchase by the OP…and a resolution. It seems he has tried a lot of suggestions to no avail.

Well @Frisk_Cat in the nearly 2 years since I started the course and have been on this forum. It’s the only time I’ve seen someone have an issue.
If I’d had waited 2 years to start, my playing wouldn’t be as good. YMMV.

On the contrary @Barney . I have been playing for a number of years took lessons from a bass teacher back in 2015, ( he was good and learned much, but it only went so far) I put the instrument away for a year or so and just noodling around now but want something I can concentrate on and see if there’s anything else I can learn. I’m not a beginner but there is always more to learn.

There was an issue that has to be resolved on their end. Jason was on top of it and has resolved the issue. Don’t hesitate to give it a try.

Online is the easiest and most trouble free. I would bet the OP has a setting that is either not turned on or not turned off that is causing the problem

Thanks for that update and glad it was resolved. I still may do the discs. The internet, at times, can be a sticky wicket…and I despise sticky wickets.

The OP’s issue was the only online access wicket I’m aware of. To my knowledge every other B2B student has not had a problem accessing their purchased lessons. That’s a great track record. I believe you can buy the online lessons with confidence.

So do I, and of course there’s always the 180-day money-back guarantee.
