That is gorgeous!
For those that remember my original post, I took my 15yr old well traveled Ibanez GSR190 in for a setup and it came back even worse than it went in. It was unplayable from the 12th fret up. My grump aside at the supposed ‘play test’ they did, after I checked it myself it passed the business card setup test just fine. Some eyeballing later I spotted the bow in the neck that was causing it to dip right around the 9-12 frets. So I bit the bullet and am now the very happy and proud owner of a Yamaha TBRX604. I also replaced my shorting out guitar amp with a Fender Rumble 15 which is plenty for me to annoy my family with from my office.
Congrats and welcome to the Yammy Fammy!
(I just made that up, is that OK?)
Is the strap new too or did you just happen to have a color coordinated one on hand?
Love it, thanks
Newish, I bought it a few days after I started playing cause the stock one I was using kept falling off and was cutting my neck up as well. Red and black has always been a fav colour combo. And my ibanez was bright red too.
That’s a gorgeous bass, congrats!
Great bass in the best color for it IMO
Kinda miss mine sometimes, it was my main instrument for three years. Feels so good.
Proud member here, so more than OK
What is this bass?
It’s a Baum bass, designed in Denmark, made in Indonesia and South Korea.
Thanks. Great looking bass! Just a bit too much gold for me (backed off just a bit would be perfect [just for me, others may think it’s just right!]).
those colors are amazing
Wow, that’s a fabulous burst. So dramatic. What is this one?
Mayones Patriot Classic 4 Flame, Satine Top,Transparent Jeans Black, 3-Tone Red Burst
Thanks!
Man, badass. That thing’s got some Jetsons style to burn.
Not sure how you adjust intonation, though.
