Man, I could get behind that beauty (with one fewer strings, of course
).
A bit of digging and I found this…
I prefer the black, but this is still lovely!
It is a beautiful bass, but… (prepare the torches and pitchforks. Lol)
I had the chance to work with another company in the early 2000’s that was using this type of neck design. While I understand the concept, it did nothing for me.
Honestly, I could not warm up to the idea. One of the sales people tried over and over to convince me that my arm/wrist naturally moved in the way of the twisted neck, the truth was my wrist didn’t. I’ll be the first to say that it may just be me.
To me, it seems to be an answer to a question few, if any, are asking. I could see it helping someone that had are/wrist issues, but I also don’t see it becoming the norm.
IMHO. Again, the overall bass looks really cool.

The role model is…interesting.

I’ll pass… don’t trust the present owner - bass dangerously perched on a roll of tape, and no decent string trimming

Come on, Joerg - this thing screams Jazz solo
Not by a single jazz musician I’ve ever seen. ![]()

I wouldn’t put it past the Japanese (jazz musicians) ![]()
Yes please! Interesting thumb rest concept.
I absolutely love the way that looks

GOOSEMAN “green lantern” bass This bass is innovative - hidden and adjustable pickups, hidden tuners, inverse thumb rest, glow in the dark side & potiknob-dots. The weight is only 2,9kg ( 6.39lb).
Really nicely done. It’s a very groove-y bass.
