You both have very good taste @Fahri and @joergkutter
Very nice basses and a little like the last one I built lol
I can fully recommend the wood look on the body of Sandberg!
I like the VM4, it has a quite modern sound with lots of mids
Did you ever tried out the TM4? I wonder what the difference between those two is.
No, basically bought it without exactly knowing what to expect
Tempted by a VS4 passive at the moment (still)
I had one passive VS4 for 10 minutes but the strap was buried in the body so I had to return it. It reminded me of a Squier in terms of quality.
The California line ? That would seem strange
Someone dropped the guitar in transport. Had nothing to do with the QC of Sandberg. It was the Electra line btw.
Ouch, that’s bad
Main difference seems to be parts are produced in Asia. and somewhat cheaper. Assembly and QC are made in Germany.
I was watching this today… Guys comment was that the Electra line is like what is Squier to Fender
However he mentioned that the Electra series produced in Korea but assembled and controlled in Germany before shipment. So they kinda have a leg over the basses assembled elsewhere…
Ah @Krescht beat me to it
That’s the one! Mine was in a white flavour. I really like that it’s passive.
Well, they would be more comparable to low end Lakland, or maybe top end Squier.
These basses should only play gospel!
Boom Tish!
Warwick Masterbuilts, always good for the Porn Channel
So. I went into my local Long & Mcquade’s today to check up on my SansAmp order, and I got to noodle around on one of these bad boys
The Godin A4 Ultra Fretless. I’m glad I have a DIY fretless bass in the works already, because if not, I’d be GASsing really badly. This thing had sustain from Vancouver to next week and a super wonderful, deep voice. Just wow.
