It’s a Music Man bass, I would proudly keep the soil on me forever with a prototype like that.

If you get rid of the dirt then your tone gon hurt, if you get rid of the gunk then you get rid of the funk and your bass won’t dunk.

I can do a double P with the SIMs pickups. It sounds really cool. That poor bass has been at the Luthier’s for weeks now awaiting its custom pickguard. He is so backed up from folks getting back to playing again. However, more and more shows are cancelled or getting cancelled now due to either local conditions or the musicians getting COVID.
