With shipping, VAT and customs fees, this is going to be an expensive hoodie… but so worth it and organically comfy and going to protect me well in the Scandinavian “summer”

Well, I guess then it becomes a bit of a lottery. Likely, they won’t pick it out and then VAT and customs do not apply, but you really never know… In any case, the hoodie is on its way

Same with Australia, GST (sales tax) is fixed and postage is a huge chunk of the cost

Yeah it’s a problem pretty much everywhere in the world. Last T-shirts I didn’t buy from China were from TeePublic in Australia.
These are only ¥4400 with shipping though so not terrible at all, right there with other places.

Yikes! That does suck. FWIW I set the price at $25USD (not $36, which = $56AUD), but sounds from your post and others that there’s just no controlling all the taxes, fees, shipping, VAT, etc. etc.
Next merch project - teach BassBot to teleport so he can hand deliver stuff at no extra charge.

@JoshFossgreen, “Not Josh” shirts are a clear winner. Definitely add them to the merch inventory.
Pro tip: Make sure to include the BassBuzz logo on the shirt design, even if it’s relatively inconspicuous (even though the current logo is NOWHERE near as cool as the original logo was. Big BOO on that!).

For those who have ordered hoodies etc, can you give us feedback on the sizing- the chart seems odd to me.
I am looking at a hoodie now-I usually get 2XL as I like things baggy but I don’t even fit those measurements ant I am not huge

I ordered one size up, I’m normally an L but L was quite tight. (EDIT - I’m referring to the hoodie specifically. T-shirts fit normal for me)

Oh no, I fear I’ve made a horrible mistake then. Some L’s are tight on me. Is it too late to alter my order? The shirt hasn’t shipped yet.
(EDIT: Emailed contact@support.merch.bassbuzz.com to see about changing the shirt size. Hoping I don’t have to cancel. Shipping costs were already calculated and paid.)
(Update: Too late to make changes. I’ll cross my fingers it’s not too tight.)
Also, it seems the stickers were more ready than the shirts.
