Bob Ross, better than a warm glass of milk!

I’ve just started module 7 and Josh mentioned Bob Ross, I suppose he’s better known to my American brother’s & sisters than the Brits.
When I’ve had a tough one to de-compress i have a couple of hours playing then watch a couple of episodes of “the joy of painting” and it’s better than a warm glass of milk or even a brandy for taking the edge off the tough one’s.
An extraordinary man, an extraordinary artist.
The world’s a better place for having him in it.

I believe it doesn’t any longer. But he was good, if very much of his time.

I love the fact that he used to be a drill sergeant, then when he retired from that decided never to shout at people again.

I have heard, not sure of this, that if one were to take all of his paintings in order of completion (back- to- back) it would make a continuous and coherent journey.

I had these videos on when I was on tour with the band.
Between loud festival campsites, snoring roommates, and just general loudness and things happening all around during sleepy time…
I’d put this in the earbuds and snooze.
He’s great.
