Calling all short little shit women, metalhead's, and people stuck in the 90's era and who love grunge!

There’s nothing wrong with having multiple basses. Maybe have all three.

Dude, I will have you know that whenever I’m playin’ now I hear you in my head… “Ok now remember hold it like a burger” so thank you for that hahaha

My two penny worth! Try angling the bass up in a much more classical guitar style. Here’s top bassist Hadrien Feraud (google him and look at images of him playing):

It’s way easier to reach those low notes like this! I hold my bass very similar to this both sitting and standing. It will feel odd to start with but I do recommend giving it a try!

I actually prefer practicing this way when sitting for any length of time. It’s more comfortable for my right arm (and I play right handed). Angling the neck up almost makers spanning more frets with your left hand and all four fingers a bit easier as well, even if reach isn’t an issue. (I’m 6’ 2’’ so long scale isn’t a concern.) Now only if I can reach Hadrien’s skill level :stuck_out_tongue: …even though I’m not much into Jazz.

Huh, that’s interesting. I’ll have to check him out and see what his playing style is. That’s pretty interesting and cool…and your right it’d probably make it easier too!
