Yup. I create professional math videos. A very large company I have done contract work for about 15 years for decided to only use AI, so I had to look elsewhere. It will only get harder to find this type of work (I retired from teaching). I understand the draw, but it should not replace people who understand underlying issues of any type of hands on experience.
