Hi @eric.kiser I confirm we did have another outage yesterday, we caught it after 1 minute (we have monitors in place) but for some reason the reboot took 20-30 minutes. Suffice to say this is our top priority next week and we’re talking with our hosting company about server upgrades and looking to see what exactly is causing the issue, maybe some rogue code is resource hogging somewhere, for example. Sorry again for any inconvenience everyone. In nearly 5 years we’ve not had a single server issue and we will get back to that level of service ASAP. Thanks for your patience all. Chris

If we notice an outage, do you want people to bring that to your attention? Or do you get notifications from other sources?
If you want people to raise the alert, who should we tag to give notice?

Hey al! Just wanna say sorry for the inconvenience, like Chris said this is the first issue like this in 5+ years and should be sorted more permanently soon.
@BeerBaron as far as I know we’ve got good pings/notifications set up, thanks for asking!
