Guyker P Bass Pups

Anyone have experience with these? I am building a junk pile bass after seeing it done on Guns and Guitars and I am trying to spend as little as possible on it for now. However, if they suck I will just spend more and get better pups. Thanks

They are ok. I assume you are talking about the rail pickups. If you want cheap checkout dragonfire as well. What’s wrong with your current pickups?

Also, True Custom Shop pickups on Reverb and Ebay are super cheap but awesome. Built in Japan and are as cheap as the Guyker. I have one on my 54P and I know Wombat has some as well. Nothing but good times and tones.

I do not have any. This is a build. I am using a neck off a Jackson that I had, I am building the body from wood out of a construction zone junk pile and I am using the Jackson bridge. I do not currently have any P Bass pups.

Hi! Is True Custom Shop the brand? I’m trying to find them on Reverb. I’m looking for an affordable option to exchange the split coil pickup of my Squier PJ. Thanks in advance!

Thanks. Unfortunately no items show up on Reverb. I guess it depends where you are and I’m in Mexico.

Yeah, most parts made in Japan. I talked to the lady that owns it. Really, really nice business woman. My 54P has her single coil PBass pcikup and sounds so good. No hum, deep low, great mids, sizzling highs if you want them. Turn the tone knob and they can thud with the best of PBass pickups. I have my 54P strung with TI Jazz flats and it sounds almost like a piano.
