I hope I got the tab right. Wikipedia has the original, but the tab is what I taught. I put the C-maj arpeggio in the last bar to end on a high note. :wink:

It’s a great way to learn the C-major scale (unless you care about B, which is not in it… ;)). My girlfriend got to try the whole bass neck, it’s fun to have a lot of notes in a simple line, and like every German, she knows the melody.

I’ve never heard it before, and it is slightly different than American nursery songs that I know, but very very similar to several.
