Help me choose a pickguard!

My birthday is coming, and a new pickguard is on the agenda for my bass. I’ve got a frankenFender PJ in Lake Placid blue, like this-

I’ve hacked through enough analysis paralysis to narrow it down to four options. Black pearl, silver pearl, blue shell, or black sparkle. I’m open to arguments for any of them, or suggestions for others.

#2 I think

Here are some that I’d picked for the blue.
Pink anodized Aluminum would also look awesome as well as the ice frosted blue.

Third one down or white.

The Abalone one may look good online but in person it’s not as impressive.

While these are not lake placid blue they are pretty blue, here’s some ideas

#1 takes it for me. But #2 is close behind.

Ok - those are cool and you just gave me an idea for a pickguard for my Dakota Red Mini P. And I wasn’t even really looking.

White pearloid would look sharp.

I prefer the #1 black pearl, but they all look great.

I have red pearl on my p bass, and it looks awesome, I definitely say pearl ower turtle

NOT #3 - not enough contrast.

I’d go with a white pearl or a gold.

Of the ones shown, my order of preference is: #2, #4 (assuming sparkle that doesn’t show well in a static photo), #1
