Well…, It’s happened… I am officially retired… With it comes a new F-150, a cap for the truck, a rack for the truck for canoes and a new camper trailer. The research needed for the above has thrown me off course for about 2 months now. And we are in full blown paddling/camping season now… Trying to get back to the lessons… figuring I’m going to have to do some backtracking to get up to speed again. I also found Josh’s 10 minute routine to fix “flying fingers”, figuring to add this into my practice repertoire. Have to go put hands on my bass…

Hey, @rivrpaddler…just checking in to see how you are juggling your hiatus, retirement, new camping/paddling equipment, etc.
You and I joined on the same day back in February. Hope your schedule has settled down, allowing you to get back into the Buzz program.

Thanks for the note! Actually have the camper out on a 2 week trip… I bought a bass guitar theory book to read while in camp… hasn’t happened yet… will get back to playing/ learning when I get back home… yeah… retirement!

(BTW, I don’t have a link handy, but I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that playing bass improves canoe paddling skills.
