I’ve never had CTS symptoms, but I have recurring problems with my ulnar nerve (Golfer’s elbow) that is aggravated by playing bass. Instead of numbness or tingling in my index and ring finger, I get it in my pinky.
It got so bad at one point that I wore an elbow brace at night for about two weeks to keep my arm straight while sleeping. That helped a lot, but I still have problems.
That video at the top of the thread is helpful, and I’ve really been focusing on my form while going through this course. I also try to do frequent stretches and nerve-flossing exercises.
