The dude is pure funk. Look at that white suit with white bass, white fretboard, white headstock and then the splash of funk in his tie. The way he plays and carries himself, man I wish I could be even 3% as cool as him.

Les Claypool definitely listened to Larry Graham, everyone in that generation of slappers was ripping off Larry Graham and Louis Johnson, big time!
Yup. Even Bootsy and Victor Wooten were inspired by them. Louis Johnson looks like he’s gonna snap his bass in two he slaps it so hard lol.
