Noticing my fancy CTS pots I put in my jazz bass do not completely mute the bridge pickup turned all the way down. It isn’t loud but ‘bleeds’ through.
Bad pot or did I wire something wrong and should open it up and have a look around with a meter?

a bad pot is possible (I already had this case) but most probably the wiring is in cause.

I’ll open up later and see if I screwed something up.

Yup, was me.
I used a capacitor lead as a ‘ground run’ across the pots (neat trick btw), and missed the solder joint running through the bridge pickup lead. One dab of solder, fixed.
