Yes, but I donāt get sentenced til November 14th.
If I get time I will self surrender after the 1st of the year.
I am probably looking at a 5 year sentence, which will really be about 2.5 at club Fed.
I did move to Palm Springs, and still not totally settled in, and all my basses need new set ups now that I am away from the cool coast and in the dry heat.
After an accidental overdose on prescribed Xanax where I blacked out after taking one, and ate around 70 of the 90 pills I had, I was found in my apartment unresponsive by my best friends girlfriend, who called paramedics to take me to the hospital.
Needless to say, I am not taking that medication anymore, but I still suffer from extreme anxiety and depression, mostly cuz of my legal problems, but also cuz of financial and health issues, so I have been put on all new medication, and it has kicked my ass for about 3 weeks now. I sleep a lot cuz of it, but being a life long insomniac, I am not complaining about the sleep.
It takes 4-6 weeks to regulate to the meds, so hopefully I will be more normal and present in a few weeks.
Itās starting to get better, and the good news is I donāt black out on the new meds, and donāt have a compulsion to take more then prescribed. Thank god, itās really scary to have that happen. And have no memory of it at all. I never in my life thought I could take that much benzos and survive, They held me under suicide watch at the hospital for 4 or 5 days cuz it looked like a suicide attempt, but I assure you, I was not trying to die. If I wanted that, I would have got a pint of gin to drink with it, cuz that would have killed me for sure.
Anyway, thanks for he thoughts and kind words from all, I should be back around more in the weeks to come.

Totally get the stress on your mental health. The unknown on all accounts can be overwhelming but you will overcome it. You are a fighter and have a lot of go in you yet.

Iāve always been more of a browser than a poster, but Iāve definitely been gone for a bit. Noticed the discord was also kinda quiet too. Figured Iād pop back in and say hello again. Had an inclination to pick back up on some of those 50 song challenges as some added practice/variety and figured Iād check back in on the forums.

I talk to @Lanny Lanny occasionally via email. Heās been busy with projects around his property, plus he just got a new addition to his MBD thatās keeping him busy. I wonāt be the spoilerā¦Iāll let him announce it whenever he comes on.
