Null and

Jokes aside (The Nights Who Say ‘Ni’ was a good one! ), I feel I must say something.

Whoever this @Null user is – who for whatever reasons felt the need to change their username to Null, hide their profile, delete messages and change the names of the threads to Null, or Null and Void – this kind of behaviour is infantile and it causes problems to the forum. We already have a lot of threads, and it would be nice to keep the forum nice and neat. But having lots of threads now called “Null” breaks the purpose of having a forum where people exchange ideas.

I assume most people here might start the morning by browsing the forum and looking for something interesting, new, or threads one found interesting before, and having new messages in these threads means potentially new information. But then there are threads that might have been of interest to more people than the original poster, but the OP decided to delete the title of the thread and the content of all their messages, so we can only see the replies (and by the replies we can see other members took a lot of their time being helpful and answering to the OP’s questions, but the OP chose to break the threads by deleting their own posts).

When someone writes a topic asking for help on a subject, and other people answer with advice, these threads will in the future be useful to new people here that search for the same information. But now, instead, we have several threads with deleted content and deleted titles. Come on, is this even necessary?

Threads like this one becomes like “corrupted files” on a computer: you had something interesting there, and now you cannot read it, and the broken titles are distracting and useless.

Could a moderator maybe delete these broken Null threads (or as an alternative, restore their original titles if such thing is possible?). I don’t know who Null was and why they felt the need to do this, but this kind of thing is not good for the forum. @Gio what do you think?
