It was first in line in a chain.
This was what I was hoping for. I think I may have been getting a bit knob crazy by the time I started playing around with it.
Oh yeah. I was playing around with stacking drives and got some wonderful overdriven tones from slightly overdriven through heavy fuzz. When I tried to throw in the low octave it got way out of control. This was the first time I’ve ever messed with a pedal chain like this. I think the key, at this point will be to back everything off and just add a little at a time.
I don’t have a Chorus. My son has a Delay and a Reverb. I ran out of time and didn’t get to play with the Delay. I did play around with the Reverb and I didn’t have much luck there either. When combined with distortion I couldn’t tell the difference between when it was on or off. Using it alone, all I got was a muddiness to the sound but I didn’t have a lot of time to work with it either.
