Ha, same here. And I agree, here they are worth listening to
Nice work as always Jerry!

8 is too many. If you have 7, you have one for each day of the week.
yeah, but I use the same one all the time ⦠spoiler : itās a green one
Thank you @Al1885 ! Hofners are small so they donāt take up much space. Go for it!
Arigato gozaimasu @howard !
Yet another great cover @JerryP ! You really should consider an affiliate deal with Hofner - āUse the code JerryP for a 10% discountā lol. Iām going to have to get round to some Beatles songs sometime but the covers keep being taken off YouTube
Thanks @Ed ! I sent an email to Hofner on that idea of yours, awaiting their response.
Gotta load them on Vimeo @Ed
Thanks @John_E - Iāve played that song a lot since it was always on a set list so just a matter of recording itā¦
Thanks @stevesilver925
Thanks @JerryP
Used the SR500E on this one @howard - video lighting sucked since this was a wham-bam sorta recording⦠I do use the 304 for many songs that Iām learning since itās such an easy bass to play, and sounds great⦠Just donāt use it much for recording or playing live because itās an active only bass. At least the SR500E is both active/passive⦠Actually, I play that one without a battery installedā¦
Great cover @stevesilver925 - You nailed it!! Really donāt think you āappearā uncomfortable on camera⦠However, if we were ever end up in a dark alley somewhere, Iād certainly want you on my side!!
Thank you @Barney
Damn, you should definitely check out the whole album. Itās fantastic! Also, Lust For Life (1977) for some truly iconic songs. Produced by David Bowie and I think he wrote and co-wrote a fair amount of the music on the album too.
Hahaha, I know what you mean. Iām so focused on getting everything right, the smile at the end is the catharsis of staying on time and playing the right notes. Still working on just relaxing and playing
Thank you @Lanny! Iām just super-focused
Bad idea, I would fold faster than a piece of paper. Iām a lover, not a fighter
That hit so hard in the 90ās. Such a great song and perfect for Trainspotting!
Saw it in Scotland in the cinema when it opened. One of the best openings to a movie ever āChoose lifeā¦ā¦ā
Side note: My best friend from the military still calls me Begbie after an incident I started that was 30 years ago. Let it go!
Khrurangbin & Leon Bridges - Mariella
The second song recorded yesterday. A couple of minor timing errors and some mistakes that Iāll probably be the only one to notice. Unfortunately, Iāll never look as good as Laura Lee or be able to sing and (sort of) dance while playing bass. Probably for the best

Hahaha 100%.
It is a great album though, some iconic songs there. Siouxsie does an amazing cover of The Passenger that IMO is better than the original:
(I absolutely love Budgie in that video. Severin and Siouxsie going enigmatic and dark, Carruthers didnāt even show up, but Budgie is like ānope, Iām going with my fabulous maximum smiling '80s colorful glam, thank you very much! Here, have some pastel paint.ā)
That whole soundtrack⦠perfect
smooth!
Getting back to you on this, bass actually has perfect intonation. I actually have no idea what happened
I might try to retake this with different sims.
Thats a nice one.
