Problems with a shoulder

Abeja, thank you very much. It seems like it’s a long time to get out of this bursitis - someone told me even six months.
Right now I’m not playing (sigh) at all, because when I tried after I heard it was not a good idea at all …
I’m doing some physiotherapy, I spread ointment with arnica, I started taking homeopathic globules of Shymphytum. The physiotherapist will prepare me some exercises to do before and after playing, it seems an excellent idea. And, as you suggest, I’ll go to see the blog that shows how to stay in a good position while playing.
Meanwhile, I take the opportunity to learn more about the notes in the F key and their position on the keyboard. Not all evil comes to harm, as we say in Italian.
Greetings and best wishes for a good weekend!

Great article! Thanks.

Please share the exercises that your physiotherapist prepares.

Rock on (in F and every other key!)

Abeja

Hi abeja,
I had to translate the explanations from italian… Hope it is understandable:

All the best to everybody

At the bottom of the page a sentence is missing, sorry… It is:
All the exercises to do without pain. That is, straining to where the pain is reached, do not go any further. I post it again, it’s better
