I see all these great reviews on amazon and on youtube but it just seems too good to be true for a practice multi fx unit and to mess around with different effects.
so I come here to see what everyone thinks of the pocket master for beginners and intermediates. If it is worth even using for a bass and all that jazz
I don’t know if it’s good enough to gig. Don’t have any experience there.
But for the price, it’s an awesome toy and I’ve been having so much fun just messing around with it. Well worth it.
It reminds me of Pocket Operators or Volcas. Small, but heaps of fun and surprisingly deep when you get into it .
Downsides are it’s a bit limited with the NAM file handling, the interface could be better and the sound, while amazing for the price really doesn’t compare to high end kit.
OTOH it’s 40 quid or so. It shouldn’t even be in that conversation, but here we are. Costs less than a night out and is much more fun the following day.
