Sneaking in one more before month-end. If I were to remake the song challenge, I’d probably make this the first song. Almost all in the third fret and it’s great swing 8th practice.
The only struggle, if I’d call it that, is using that index across three strings. The finger roll can take care of two strings, but how about when you want to reach up or down another string beyond that in the same fret? I found my index and middle fingers taking turns ‘leaping’ over one another to make the changes (think what your ring/pinky does during the Boogie Oogie Oogie or Billie Jean lessons), but that might not be optimal. How would you do all do it?
