Oh yeah - I’ve never got much out of anything of theirs since Seventh son…
First saw Cam Cole on the Apple TV show Ted Lasso of all places, immediately caught my attention.
He’s great.
I’m Poppy.

I know it’s not Friday yet, but couldn’t wait, I was compelled to share,
Cruisin - Michael Nesmith:
And on that note, Does anyone have a good source for Bass tabs on this song…?
Even though limited, I’ve exhausted my resources, I’ll even buy a book if I have to, to get it.
It sounds like a simple bass line.
you can go to basstranscriptions @NoTrebleHere , send them an mp3 file or a link to youtube version and they will transcribe it for you for a $$$. They do music , tabs, midi inclusive.
Cheers Brian
76 years ago, the bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. This performance was sung in the Hiroshima Green arena, and is about that loss.
It is poignant because Su is a native of Hiroshima, and one her grandparents witnessed the bomb, and lived through it.
To Babymetal fans, it is touching because their lead guitarist died a few weeks after this show, and this is his last performance with the band. When Su sings, “We shall never meet again, but I want not to forget you forever”, the frame is on Mikio.
cluppo…aka Miku Kobato. What the heck is going on?

Miku calls the genre “Hippie Poppo”
I can’t decide if this is all parody or what. Miku’s nickname is Little Pigeon and her signature ohrase is “kuruppo” or “po”, the sound a pigeon makes. Cluck+Po = cluppo
Hard to believe she is the founder of the hard rock band Band-Maid.

Misa kills it on bass
Kobato is so ridiculously energetic. She cracks me up. Not surprised she’s dipping in to pop.

This is my absolute favorite song by this band. I was fortunate enough to see them up in Agoura Hills, CA, a couple of years back, and I about lost my shit when they started playing it. My neck still hurts from the headbanging.
I’m learning the bassline for it right now.
Oh, I really like Opeth.
Thanks for sharing!
