He’s from W.A and that’s like a different country ( in fact there was talk of them declaring independence from Australia recently) and I was born in Scotland anyhoo

The drummer, Tomas Haake is an absolute monstrous beast. Just check out the bass drums and the patterns he is able to play. I read where he actually had to change the way he played in order t nail this song. It also took him 6-8 months of daily practice to get it to a level that he could play live flawlessly. Now, he barely breaks a sweat. He is truly the best I have ever heard or seen. And in person, he is such a laid back, likeable guy, you just wanna have a beer with him. Truly a metronomic machine. He plays in several different time signatures at the same time and the band is so tight together that it sounds perfect. And while the vocalist may not be to everyone’s liking, he also sings on time and appropriately for the intensity of the song. A metal masterclass in all instruments including vocals.

@Old_WannaBe You can buy a bass that was gifted to Beefcake the Mighty, the bass player of GWAR, from Dimebag, part of a 6 set run off of DimeSlime USA built Washburn basses they made for him, and he gifted them out to friends. This one is available, still, and I can’t figure out why, it seems like such a bargain.
TBH, I would die to have this, I have a DEAN bass this shape, just cuz Dime was my favorite guitar player.
Very interesting if you read the add and the story behind it, and all the extras that come with it.

Embarrassing 80s “comedy “ @T_dub
I would like to point out that these people are from North Lanarkshire ( Glasgow) and not the more civilised areas around Edinburgh
Channeling Perfume there a little with her Odori
Bogle just kills it on the bass
Okay this is stretching the definition of good musicm but here is Hatsune Miku in all her holographic glory. This is actual footage from a live show. She tours the US on occasion.
Not that being a hologram precludes good music; that’s the idea behind Gorillaz after all
I want one!
