Whoa more new Space Rock, in 2020
Speaking of space rockâŠ
My favorite 90âs era space rockers came out with a new record out of a 22 year hiatus.
I canât stand reunions and reformations in general. I donât have too many nostalgic connections to the bands of my youth⊠but these guys. These guys are a special band to me for a bunch of reasons.
I also adore their music, and I like this new record quite a bit.
Title track of probably the best melodic death metal album live at Wacken

I think I posted that a while back too, SUPER GOOD
Thatâs pushing a lot of good buttons. Itâs actually really accessible too, the second track (âIn the Denâ) would make a good intro for people.
Yes you may.
In fact, you donât ever need to ask for permission again.
Permission granted forever.
Saw them open for Slayer on the opening leg of the farewell tour. They played after Anthrax. I never listened to them, that I know of, prior to that show. I must admit, between Anthrax and Slayer, They were, not very stand out.
They were cool. Some trouble in the pit, not too far from where I was standing, and somebody required oxygen and medical assistance to get out of the crowd, and the singer noticed the trouble. He stopped the band from playing, and called for medics and directed them to the area in the âsea of peopleâ where the problem was, and didnât start the show back up until everybody was out of there safely.
Respect.
Quite funny to see the places they use for the recording. I would have expected the singer to have at least a booth somewhere and not go hide in the closet
it was during the quarantine so I guess thatâs their houses
Iâve already seen singers that have a mini-booth in their home. Wouldnât take up more space than a drumkit, just donât be claustrophobic
Hereâs what it looks like
But I also know singers that barely have a microphone
My son has built one in his home. About the same size as a phone booth, has hip hop guys and friends coming over to cut tracksâŠnever seems to have time for dad to use it though
Ha, never heard the term âmath rockâ before
At times, her playing is a bit like what youâd do on a Chapman stick, I guess.
I promise I didnât make it up
