I love that bass. It has one of the best pickup and electronics among the best Stingrays. Vol boost, series/ Single coil/ parallel switch. So good.
Most of my basses are short scale (about 16 out of 24) so I can’t recommend them enough.
I just watched Ian Allison play a Grez Guitars Grand Tour bass and it genuinely sounded fantastic, though most of that may have been the Curtis Novak Bi-Sonic pickups and his mastery of pedals.

Semi-hollow mahogany body and neck with Spruce top and Ebony fingerboard. The only minor drawback is the $6k price tag and 2 month wait for it to be built. The quality of the instrument looks exceptional.
absolutely. if you’re into stingrays nothing else does it.
also, this is the way
That’s funny, a white Yamaha MB always shows up in my recommendations and it really grows on me. Usually I really don’t like the look of white instruments. Unfortunately the price is well above 200$ ![]()
900 Francs??? ouch
yes
it seems to be in pristine condition so the price might be justified. I just found a black one that costs half, I might go test it. ![]()
