Assembly is complete! For those who like to know such things here are the parts that I used.
Fender MIM body
Mighty Mite fretless pbass neck
Dimarzio Relentless pickup
Hipshot Ultralite tuners
Hipshot string retainer
Gotoh bridge
Wainwright prewired harness with CTS pots and a Sprague jack
Labella Low Tension Flats
Musiclily pickguard from Amazon
I plan to get a black nut and washer for the jack hopefully this weekend.
It is surprisingly easy to play and it is super fun to play an instrument that you built.

I love the Relentless (and a Gotoh bridge, and hip shot tuners)

Nice job

I picked up a used PRS SE Kestrel this week. It’s from 2014 and in beautiful shape! While waiting for the clerk to bring it out from the back, I browsed guitar straps and bass strings, but nothing stood out.
“Meh, I’ll get something later.”

It came with a nice gig bag. When I got home, I looked through the pockets and found…a strap with strap locks, the warranty card, and a full set of strings.

Neck thru, neck binding, wickedly cool inlays. That’s a great score. Not to mention it’s a meanest looking bridge I’ve seen, ooohh! So angry! Lol.

That’s a great looking build @joeike

That PRS is going to be awesome, @kristine. PRS is probably my favorite US-based manufacturer when it comes to quality for price.

Looks very nice. I fancy a PRS Kingfisher, I haven’t seen one in person yet. I have a PRS 594 double cut guitar which is absolutely awesome.
