I do the same thing all the time.
I am now in the habit of learning the notes, then learning the feel (once the notes are better under my fingers).
Then going back and listening to make sure i learned the feel right. I don’t always.
Rhythm reading is not my super power, haha.

Tempo and rhythm started out perfect
You got a whisker ahead of the beat for a here and there in the middle but came back around.
This is the tricky part of this song, keeping that rhythm going for a long time.
I find when I start getting into the song I start speeding up.

Same here. Also, I’m always worried that I start falling behind and then tend to overcompensate from time to time. And I noticed that a song might feel fast when I start learning it but once I’ve got it all memorized and practiced it doesn’t feel like that any more. And then I get confused, like “wait, this was supposed to be way faster.”

You may want to drop the bass level down in your mix, its a bit high.

Do you mean the volume of the bass track or the bass range is too high on the EQ?
That Gretsch really BOOMS when you play with the front pickup and pluck near the fingerboard.

the level of the bass track (volume) vs. the backing.
I generally target the bass track around -6 to -12db, but depends on song.
Pam shoots for -17db

Keeping time during the solos definitely got a little hairy but this was a lotta fun to play! I also tried to mix the bass in a little more tastefully than my previous entries
