Yeah, they all look kind of dorky and out of place. They look much better painted black.

Try a Stingray. I’d suggest you buy a Sterling Ray34 which is 90% of the tone and playability for 1/3 the money of an EBMM Stingray.

Yamaha or Ibanez to get a more modern sound and 24 frets. I love my Yamaha TRBX505. The sustain is unreal on those things.
