Yeah that’s pretty much the best video I have found on it as well. Very simple and easy.

1/16th to an 1/8 of a turn at a time.
I’ve never turned any truss rod more than a full turn ever (but close on a couple of oddballs).
You can’t screw it up. Seriously.
If you can measure relief in any way you wish prior to starting. I fret the first fret and check at the 7th. There are lots of ways.
Flatter fretboard = clockwise
More curve = counterclockwise
You can even wait 5-10 before checking after moving if you want. I ge ally only wait if going more than 1/2 turn.
