I have this strip and I love it:
ART HeadAmp6Pro 6-channel Headphone Amplifier | Sweetwater
ART is another of those value/price champions. I have also their SCL2 stereo compressor and itās great. It doesnāt have any bells and whistles but it does exactly whatās on the tin for something like 150 bucks.
Yeah gotcha. I ued to have an Audio-Technica headphone amp that was like a price/performance champ too. Thereās some great brands out there like that.
When talking about low-impedance headphones, I found my old trusty Samsons when cleaning my closet and tried them after years of driving much, much more expensive headphones. And still to this day. Itās absolutely mind-boggling how good these 50$ headphones sound. I cannot recommend them enough.
Thatās a really good price for 50mm open back phones.
It is highly unlikely. My headphones are 32 ohms ATH-M50X.
Yep, anything should be able to drive those, 32 ohms is the standard for lower impedance 'phones.
Glad that you confirm this too!
The one thing I have seen with the zoom is volume vs. amp āvolumeā in whatever patch.
Some folks forget to they can turn up the amp volume too, and, boom - loud.
