My mom always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.
Yeah, I don’t know how many damn hands I can play at the same time. I feel like I am playing at 5 different tables, and each table is playing a different card game. But I just have to deal with it, and play one table at a time.
Very nice playing, I enjoyed listening too and looking at your bass. Love it! it is beautif
Just make sure you can use the scales printed on them. I’ve seen some cheap ones with worthless scales. After watching Dave’s World Of Fun Stuff on YT a bunch, you will find out what is required pretty quickly.
Here’s number 3, let’s give Crazy some love, it’s a cool song, don’t let the challenge cool down
Anyways, I now know why most bassist look so serious while playing, keeping the same rhythm this long is harder than it seems, if I think of anything I lose the beat
ironically I think that more variations allows the hands and the mind to both focus and rest easier.
Here’s my rendition. Video is closer up simply for logistical and laziness reasons (tab and camera stand on same table and needed it close to see the tab). Just pretend I’m Batman. I think I did pretty good on this one. Normal flying pinky and minor stuff. This is straight into the DAI and into GarageBand. On my new bass, but haven’t really figured out the best tone controls yet. I think the Gain was up a little too high on the DAI and it clipped a tiny bit here and there, but wasn’t bad enough for me to re-record. And my normal dancing bass from moving my right-leg to the beat.
This time I am super happy with the sound. Even made conscious choices regarding Pickup Blend, Treble- and Bass EQ and Clementine hat to look from the wall hanging as it was Gregs turn. I felt the flatwounds fit nicely here.
