Something about punk in the mornings is just right.
That whole album makes for perfect morning commute music.

So good. So many great songs on that album.
One of my top 5 albums. First appearance of a vocoder (the Raven track 2) on a record.
Joe Puerto on bass side 1. So good. One of those records I wore out
As usual, not entirely sure what this is, but…
She’s touring and opening for Smashing Pumpkins/Jane’s Addiction.
She’s Poppy…
Yeah it’s something that Babymetal’s started to do earlier this year too, releasing just snippets. Tiktok sized chunks I expect
Eventually the snippets get lengthened
I blame TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Really dislike this format. I am old.
I refuse to watch shorts.
It’s why I stopped watching Davie504, he went all shorts.
I don’t care if we are old, I don’t like 'em that that’s the way it is.
Just mentioned elsewhere, so time for some ‘mats.
Don’t mind me just going down the “important albums” rabbit hole

Nice Rick
The BeeGees are a lot cooler than most people give them credit for
This is a bit different for Polyphia
The first cut won’t hurt at all
The second only makes you wonder
The third will have you on your knees
Propaganda is awesome. ‘80s German electronic music band with a talented vocalist; they released their first album, then an extended version of it with alternate takes on the songs with slightly different names, then remixes of all the takes.
This is a remix of Jewel, which was the alternate take of their hit Duel. Most people refer to the pair as just “Jewel Duel”.
Here’s Duel, which was a top 30 hit. It’s really different. Claudia Brucken is a really impressive vocalist across a broad style range, as this pair makes obvious.
The two female members of the band are still touring. The dudes all quit
This bass line sounds like it would be fun to play. Most of the bass lines on this album sound like fun to play.
Not sure how I feel about reggae ABBA, it confuses me.
Bassline is cool for sure tho
