What knob setting is “flat” for the EQ knobs on the bass?

Or an EQ bypass switch. I have a bass with active pickups and the switch bypasses it, it’s never truly passive.

Or the Boxer style TBX tone control, where 1-5 acts like normal tone, with 5 equaling full; and 6-10 scoop the mids progressively. Yes it’s passive, no batteries.

There’s probably some other circuits we haven’t mentioned. But for the majority, flat for EQ is middle, for tone is full.

Glockenklang is very very transparent.
Advertises as such, and to my ears is as well.
Was just A/Bing again the other day.
I do like playing with the 3-band EQ some days and just the passive tone rolloff others.
