It’s a carbon fiber hollow body (and neck). Battery for the lights is external and clipped to the strap.

There are some youtube clips of the maker’s basses being used on stage with Billy Idol and Boys 2 Men…

I’ve got 3 of those but can’t use them because I gotta wear the sunglasses to use them. Lol.

Those are cool. Just not on the single coil pickups I guess :).

Mike Gordon Band (Phish’s bassist side project) uses LED bass and guitar. I thought it was fun when I saw it live. Not my video.
