This is a Bavarian oompah band that tackles unlikely popular songs. I’ve been following them for a couple of years and they are actually pretty solid. However, the closest thing to a bass they have is a tuba. I don’t expect many folks here to actually like them, but…introducing the Heimatdamisch:

Would tamber be a combination of tamping and timbre? Mashing down on the strings with the the tape to get more tone out?

So i wonder if I’ll get good tone with 3m electrical tape? It’s pretty common for me to have electrical tape band aids from the random slices at work.
