Acoustic treatments

My daughter put a pillow inside the bass drum and that did help. Her boyfriend (sigh) also plays drums and got things dialed in.

Well, if you put it that way, yeah!

But to be fair, if there’s a fire happening in or near my shed, the egg crates are the last of my worries of catching fire,

@Al1885 true dat, but the hard wood of the bass instruments, are going to take time to start burning properly, the paper mash will not… :þ

but very true, I’m a 100% wuzz when it comes to fire, that shit is scary, electric candles instead of the burning type and so on… but dunno if to much worrie is a good thing, maby its just better to do you  not me

 :fire: :fire: :fire:

Not gonna lie, I’ve been pretty nervous for the last week, it’s been triple digits here in SoCal. My AC has WiFi mode so I’d turn it on for a few hours each day. :joy:

It got worse for me. the outside temp was 104 and inside my kitchen was 99. The makeup air (swamp cooler) can’t cool my kitchen fast enough as I usually enjoy about 15-20 degree cooler than outside. I could have cooked my Salmon Mi-Cuit in 40 mins,
