Awesome Bass Lines

Right? Lol I just appreciate his style. I started off with punk as well and then branched out. Hey, thanks for the new music by the way.

Playing this will keep you busy…I know we have a few Cure fans onboard… this is also a very under rated bass line…The Cure - Jumping Someone Else's Train (Original Video) - YouTube

The Cure are always a good band to listen to. I haven’t attempted to play any of their songs yet, but they’re officially on the list.

I was listening to one of my stations lastnight and heard this real good bass line by the Violent Femmes so I had to get on YouTube and listen to some more. I thought I’d post this one because it looks like a blast to play.

I know it’s not technically advanced or whatever, but I’ve always had a blast playing The Ramones. Nothing technical, just fast rock and roll.

Yeah! The bass riff in Blister in the Sun is fun to play and pretty easy to just figure out. A little bit of a finger twister, but fun once you get it.

Anybody else enjoy the Time Bomb bass line from Rancid?

I enjoy EVERY bass line from Rancid. And Out Come The Wolves is a punk bass playing bible of sorts!
