Chris, Sleazy, and Cosey were great but Genesis can rot, they just left a trail of damage to others. I did get in to some of the PTV stuff with Mistress Mix but overall was not a fan of the guy.
Honestly for me, electroindustrial is where it’s at and so for origins it’s more stuff like Cabaret Voltaire. Skinny Puppy and FLA, Front 242, early Ministry, Neon Judgement and the like were my jam.
