B2B Lesson List?

Where can I find a summary of lesson topics. I can find a summary of what is covered but cannot find the relationship between topic and lesson In particular I am looking for pentatonic shapes.

Thanks

@bukbass B2B course only covers major and minor scales, does not have a lesson on pentatonic scales or shapes, but there is a lesson on bass buzz on pentatonics

hope this helps, I’m a newbie and maby did not understand your question but I’m doing my best

Thanks @nixxinn I’ve reviewed the video you identified and it helps with the specific topic. However, just today i came across a page that listed all the module topics but it did not indicated which module covered the topic. I just completed the course and the specific info I’m looking for was in the last couple of modules. BUT, since I’ll be going thru the modules for the second time, it would be great if I could have a list of the topics mapped to the modules so I could jump to a particular topic if I feel it could help as I repeat. I found the aforementioned list and cannot find it again. shoulda bookmarked it.

Thanks again.

aHa. I finally found the right word salad @nixxinn

Here is the list of which I spoke.

Now if anyone could provide a map of modules as they relate to the topic that would be so cool.

I notice you’re an Icelander. l found Kaleo (Icelander) “Way Down We Go” to be a great song (depending on your taste) and one that is quite doable at just about any level of bass playing.

@bukbass yes here in Iceland we have been really blessed musically

though I have to admit I’v not really listened much to Kaleo but know they are good and have a great singer, I mostly know and love the underground stuff that was going on when I was young off course, and I don’t know if you are into rock at all, but there is this great folk-metal band from the early 90’s called “Strigaskór nr. 42”, there album “Blót” is great, also alot of good simple bass lines, but I really doubt there are any tabs to be found

I’m into strange music and I think my most favorite album in last few years here in Iceland was the new album from Björk called Fossora, its great if you into weird electronica and eccentric singing

I have pretty eclectic taste but being born in 1948 tuned my tastes to a bit more moderate. NIN, King Crimson are about on the edge of my listening pleasure. I would say I’m more “No Doubt”, “PInk Floyd” centric. I am open to anything though.

awsome  I love early NIN albums, love my 80’s industrial, from Killing Joke to early Ministry and Skinny Puppy, Al Jourgensen brought so much brilliance into this world  belive, Trent Reznor of NIN started out as a stage hand for Mr Jourgensen

80’s is a great time for music, where you had industrial music and darker side of metal music develop

I’m born in the 70’s and music was my great love from young age, any form, even had season tickets to the symphony for many years, love 20th century classic stuff, specially Ligeti, and also Stockhousen, Bulez and others, always liked music that is pushing boundaries, no matter what style of music it is, even in pop music if they bringing something new and interesting I’ll listen

No tabs for StrigaskĂłr nr. 42 in the usual places but they do have a youtube channel so a songster subscription could be set to point to the video to create tabs

Hey @bukbass ! Pentatonics are covered mainly in the Pentatonics & Blues Scale masterclass.

And it’s on my to-do list to make a better reference for what material is in what lesson!

That would be great Josh. As I move through the course for the 2nd time it would be nice to use such information as a reference for things that I’d like tolook up while working through the lessons. BTW - it was the master class pentatonic where fingerboard note names stuck the best.

Skinny Puppy is still my favorite band. I listen to them literally every day.

…though their brief work with Al ended up being their second worst album

The Wax Trax stuff was all great but I was even more in to Nettwork’s bands out of Vancouver. Skinny Puppy, Front Line Assembly (and all Leeb/Fulber’s other stuff), Manufacture, etc.

I was a huge Ministry fan at the time too, but more for the Twitch and Land of Rape and Honey era, plus all the RevCo stuff. If you don’t have it yet pick up the Squirrely Years album, it’s a great revisiting of With Sympathy and Twitch.

Reading this while Smothered Hope is on…
