I took four months to the day, when I originally was trying to finish in two. Bass tangents pull us in different directions, which can be good; you bring something more to your practice.
Finish when you finish, and then let reality slap you in the face - youâre never gonna be finished learning (until youâre dead. ooooh, thatâs dark).

That was 3 days after my youngest daughter became an adult. I have no more minor children. Its an accomplishment, but I still miss the days when they were little.

Back in high school I took a style of martial arts called Tang Soo Do (itâs a Korean offshoot of Tai Kwan Do). They do not give out black belts, they are midnight blue, due to the âyou never stop learningâ principleâ. You get the black belt when you die. I always thought that made more sense.

Exactly this. After I finished the quiz, I walked around my apartment, thinking âwhatâs next?â It felt very much like the anticipation you get in the pit of your stomach when youâre waiting to leave for the airport. So I made a list of whatâs next.
What a lovely send-off - it does make sense.

I was on the slow bus finishing this course. Started in October 2020. Finished today 3/13/22. What an incredible journey. I really had no idea how much I was learning until I looked back at my practice notes. I still have to go back and make peace with Billie Jean, along with many other fast workouts. But the progress is remarkable. Your teaching style and talent is top notch. Iâm a more than a little sad the course is over, but the ride has just started!
So many areas to learn. I loved the tapping masterclass, Iâm a music theory nerd now (!) and just so very pumped for the next steps. Hats off to you, Josh! Thank you seems a little lame. My gratitude is immense and heart-felt. You are an amazing teacher.
