Bartolinis in SR300E

Hello everyone,
I had a horrible habit of modding every guitar I bought. Now it has crept into the bass world.
Has anyone tried the pre-amp (HR5.4/AP) and pickups (BC4CBC) Bartoloni recommends for the SR300E? I was wondering if it is a worthwhile upgrade?

what pick ups does it have mk1? or bh2? I swapped my ibanez ehb with aguilar dcb’s and it sounds great with the stock preamp. I woulda of went bartolini if they had the right size. the 2j squared pickup they have is dope, that I think u can get in the BC housing.
