I bought a Squier sonic P bass as a back up, but I love this bass, putting new tuners on and I want to get a neck for it. I can’t find a fender neck that says it’s Slim C with the nut measured at 1.5 …I’m looking for a Fender neck to put on it and can’t find one that says slim C with 1.5. Is this actually a jazz neck? Does anyone know if a regular Fender P bass neck will fit?

More importantly Doug is making sure the neck pocket will work.
It’s not always a straight swap for Squier/Fender necks.
You can obviously measure your neck pocket and check it’s compatible.

If I’m not mistaken, the sonic p basses have a jazz style neck (nut width of 1.5 already). I’d suggest using the neck you have, sand for a thinner profile and refinish. Also, do some minor fret work, and you will have a great playing neck. I did that on this one and it’s really a great player.
